St George community housing (SGCH)
The St George community housing (SGCH) project consisted of building 41 apartments within the large structure.
Specifically, the structure consisted of five storeys featuring 3 studio apartments, 14 one bedroom apartments and 24 two bedroom apartments. Below, on the ground floor, 19 car spaces were also added. Solar panels were also placed on the roof.
